You asked what His will is, here's your answer

If you’ve ever wondered why God made you, or what His will is for your life, or if you’ve ever asked God what He wants from you, the answer is: worship. It sounds so simple- maybe too simple, and yet our worship, our sacrifice of praise is what God has asked for from us. Yes, we are called to share the Good News of Jesus Christ with the world, and we must fulfill that calling, but we were created to worship.

If you’re not sure what to do with your life- worship! Start there. Develop the lifestyle and habits of worship. Worship in all things, at all times, in all places. Worship is the will of God “in everything”

So, what is God’s will for your life? Paul wrote that giving thanks, which is the foundation of worship, is “the will of God.” He wants you to worship Him, and Him alone, and worry about nothing else. God made you for worship. His will for your life is that you worship Him. What He wants from you is worship. Does that sound too simple? It really is that simple, and yet people over-complicate it all the time. Why? Because it’s hard to understand that all God wants from you is, well, everything– everything you are, your body, mind and spirit ministering to Him in worship.

If you’re not sure what to do with your life- worship! Start there. Develop the lifestyle and habits of worship. Worship in all things, at all times, in all places. Worship is the will of God “in everything”. As you remain connected to His Holy Spirit, the answers to your questions, the fulfillment of the dreams He has placed within you will fall into place in your spirit as you worship Him, first and continually, with a heart overflowing with thanksgiving. You will hear from Him about His will for you because you will be listening with an open spirit. He will guide your steps, speaking to your spirit about where to go and what to do. You can trust the Lord to get you to where He needs you to go as long as you have devoted your life to worshipping Him continually. It really is that simple. Worship Him.

“You will make known to me the path of life; in Your presence is fullness of joy; at Your right hand there are pleasures for evermore.” (Psalm 16:11) Where God guides, God provides. He will make your path known to you, one that He has purposed to increase and bless your life. All you need to do is stay by His right hand, and your worship, your ministry unto Him, is what will keep you there.
