At one time or another, we all wonder what is taking God so long to act. Right?! We speak to our mountains, as Jesus said to do. We scream at them: BE THOU REMOVED AND BE THROWN INTO THE SEA! But we can’t see those mountains actually move…. what gives?? While Jesus gave you “all authority” in His name (Matthew 28:18-19) to accomplish what you need to in your life, even speak to your mountains and make them move out of your path. Jesus said with faith, nothing would be impossible! (Matthew 17:20)
However.
It is important what we discern in the Spirit which mountains God has called us to move and which He wants us to climb. Or go around. Or melt like wax with worship (Psalm 97:5). If we stand and scream at a mountain that we’re supposed to climb, we’ve missed the point.

Our faith isn’t so one-sided that all we can do is command mountains to move. Most of the time there is real work involved in the natural realm too in relationships, in a career, in health issues, in finances, in hopes and dreams being realized. Sometimes, commanding a mountain to move is the easy way out if God has purpose in you climbing it. If you have been commanding a mountain that just won’t move, maybe it’s time to start climbing! <3
